Florida's Smartlift specialists.

We saw a gap. Most rental yards in Florida don't stock Smartlifts. The stone shops, glaziers, and HVAC contractors that need one were ordering from out of state, paying freight, waiting days. So we built a shop with one unit and one purpose. Years in material handling, focused on doing this one thing well.

Why we exist.

Smartlifts are specialty equipment. The big national rental yards don't stock them. The few Florida shops that have one are small operations that book up fast. When a stone shop needed a Smartlift for a Tuesday install, the answer was usually "ship it from out of state, you'll have it Friday."

That's the gap. We filled it.

We started Iron Bay with one Smartlift, a delivery truck, and a yard in Tampa. We'd rather be the shop that picks up the phone than a national chain that puts you on hold.

Four promises.

Clean equipment.

Maintained between every rental. Vacuum cups inspected. Battery checked. Cycled through a quick service before it hits the truck. No surprises on the jobsite.

On-time delivery.

We tell you when, we show up when. If we're going to be late, you hear from us before you wonder. Tampa Bay is same-day. Every other metro is next-day, based on availability.

A real phone.

A person, 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week. Quote requests answered within two hours during business hours.

Transparent pricing.

Three line items: rental, insurance, delivery. No fuel surcharges. No "miscellaneous." No fine print. The number you see is the number you pay. See pricing.

We're a Smartlift partner.

Iron Bay is in Smartlift's trusted partner network. The manufacturer sends us customers in two cases. When someone wants to try the equipment before buying, we set up a rental so the customer can run it on a real job. When someone wants to rent in Florida, the manufacturer routes them to us.

It's a small network. The Smartlift is a niche product. We're proud to be a Florida shop on it. Want to buy instead of rent? See the lineup.

Where this goes.

One unit is the start. As Florida's demand justifies it, we'll add more Smartlifts, more attachments, and more operators. The goal is to be the obvious answer when a Florida trade needs this kind of equipment. The way a stone fabricator in California knows exactly where to call.

That'll take time. We're playing the long game.

About Iron Bay FAQ.

When did Iron Bay start?

We're a 2026 launch. Pre-launch as we go to market with one Smartlift unit.

How many units do you have?

One Smartlift SL609 HLE RT, plus optional fork and hook + grapple attachments. We add units as demand justifies it.

Are you a Smartlift dealer?

We're in Smartlift's trusted partner network. We can sell any model in the lineup. Renting is our core business.

Where's your yard?

Tampa, Florida. We don't publish the street address publicly for now. We deliver across the entire state.

Why specialty equipment instead of a full rental yard?

Most rental yards stock the same gear. We chose to specialize so we can keep one piece of equipment in the best condition possible and know it inside out.

Are you hiring?

Not for v1. As we grow, we'll need delivery drivers and Smartlift-trained operators. Send us a note if that's you.

Want to put us to work?

Send us your dates and zip. We'll quote it within two hours during business hours.
