Iron Bay Equipment LLC ("Iron Bay," "we," "us") operates a conversational and transactional text message program. When you share your mobile number with us, we may text you about the business you have with us: quote responses, scheduling and delivery updates, rental reminders, follow-ups on a request you submitted, and replies to texts you send us. We do not send marketing blasts under this program.
2. How you opt in
You opt in to receive texts from Iron Bay in one of these ways: you check the SMS consent box when submitting the quote form on this website, you text us first at (855) 677-7368, or you give us your mobile number by phone or email and ask us to text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting or purchasing anything from Iron Bay.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your quotes and rentals. A typical rental involves a handful of messages: quote, scheduling, delivery confirmation, and pickup coordination.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Iron Bay does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time and we'll stop texting you. You may receive a single confirmation message that you've been unsubscribed. After that, we won't text you unless you opt back in. You can also ask us to stop by calling (855) 677-7368 or emailing rentals@ironbayequipment.com.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at (855) 677-7368 or rentals@ironbayequipment.com, 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week.
7. Your number, your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except for the messaging service providers we use to deliver the texts, and only for that purpose. 8. Supported carriers and liability
The program runs on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and isn't guaranteed.
