These cover using this website. They do not govern a rental. That is the signed rental agreement, and it wins over anything written here.

Use it lawfully and do not try to break it, scrape it at volume, or interfere with anyone else using it. That is the whole rule.
What you send us
When you send a quote request you confirm the information is accurate and that you may share it. We use it to quote your job. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a newsletter.
Our content
The text, layout, and graphics here belong to Iron Bay Equipment LLC. Product photographs of Smartlift equipment are the manufacturer's and are used with attribution.
Other people's content
Where we cite a published case study, a manufacturer document, or a third-party source, it belongs to them and we link to it. We do not present anyone else's customer as ours.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep specifications correct and we check them against manufacturer documents. Equipment specifications change and errors are possible, so nothing on this site is a warranty. The quote and the signed agreement are what bind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Florida law allows, Iron Bay Equipment LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms, and the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida have jurisdiction.
