With the fork attachment on, this is a lifting machine rather than a vacuum lifter.

Residential condensers: Standard split-system outdoor units onto elevated slabs.

Can it put a condenser on a rooftop?

Only if the roof sits below reach height. This is not a crane and we will tell you plainly when the job needs one. For a raised residential slab it is the right tool.

Do I need the fork attachment?

For a condenser, yes. Ask for it when you quote. The vacuum head is for flat non-porous faces, which a condenser is not.

How high can it reach?

Capacity drops as the arm extends, to 330 lb at full reach. Give us the unit weight and the height and we will confirm before you book.

Will it cross a sand or grass yard?

Yes. Both are Outdoor-series machines on wide off-road tires, and a ramp comes at no extra cost for a curb or a few steps, just ask when you book.

Do I need a trained operator?

No. Our driver runs your crew through the controls on drop-off. Most HVAC crews pick it up in a few minutes.
