If your piece is over 1,320 lb close in, over 330 lb at full reach, or has unusual geometry, send the specs and a photo. We confirm the fit before you book, not after.

Drives through a standard 36 inch doorway with the legs up. It needs 5 ft 8 in to set the legs down and work, so measure the room as well as the door.

Do I need a license or a certification?

No. There is no operator certification for this machine. Our driver walks you through the controls on drop-off, and you have our number for the whole rental.

Is it worth it for one lift?

Honestly, usually not. Delivery runs both directions whether you lift one panel or forty, so a single set is poor value. If you have several ahead of you, it changes.

What if I damage it?

The damage waiver is its own line on your quote. Business renters can decline it with a certificate of insurance, sent before delivery. It must cover physical damage to rented equipment and name Iron Bay Equipment as loss payee. If you rent for yourself and not a business, the waiver is required. Either way we walk you through the rental agreement before you sign.

Can I pick it up myself to save the delivery?

No. We handle every drop-off and pickup. Towing it is not something we hand to a customer.

How do I know which one I need?

Send the weight of your heaviest piece. The SL609 holds up to 1,320 lb close in and 330 lb at full reach. Heavier than that, we can source a larger unit for heavier lifts. We will tell you straight if your project does not need a machine at all.
