We know the St. Pete job.
Four things that are true about working here specifically.
Same-day across the bay
St. Pete and Tampa are the only two metros that get same-day when the unit is available.
Downtown condo and tower work
Lobbies, amenity floors, and unit bathrooms. A tower keeps the lift busy for weeks, which is where a rental pays off.
Waterfront homes, tight access
Old Northeast and Snell Isle renovations put large material through houses that were not built for it.
Stone and glass, city to beach
St. Pete requests so far are stone and glass, in town and out on St. Pete Beach. If your set date is fixed, book it early.
Will it hold your piece?
Usually, if it is under 1,320 lb with the arm in. At full reach the limit is 330 lb. A 3 cm granite jumbo slab is about 1,090 lb, a full 10 ft 6 by 5 ft 3 slab of 12 mm porcelain about 326 lb, and a 6 by 10 lite of laminated impact glass about 420 lb before the frame.
The full weights table, the reach rule and the jobs that need a bigger machine are on one page: Will a Smartlift lift my piece? Send us the weight and the distance and we will confirm the fit before you book.

St. Petersburg questions.
The five that come up on nearly every call.
How fast can you get a Smartlift to St. Petersburg?
Delivery to St. Petersburg can be same-day when the unit is on the yard in Tampa. Call in the morning and ask.
How early do I need to book for St. Pete?
Same-day works when the unit is on the yard, but we rent all over Florida and dates fill up. If your set is on a fixed date, book it ahead and you take the risk out.
Do I need a licensed operator?
No. There is no license for a Smartlift. Our driver walks your crew through the controls on drop-off. Anyone who runs it must be 18 or older and have read the manual. If you can drive a pallet jack, you can run a Smartlift.
Is a ramp included?
Yes, at no extra cost. Ask for it when you book and it goes on the truck, for getting the unit over a curb or a few steps.
Can I pick it up myself?
No. We handle every drop-off and pickup. There is no self-pickup.
We deliver statewide.
Tampa and St. Petersburg get same-day when the unit is on the yard. Everywhere else in Florida is next-day, subject to availability.
