The question with no good answer.

A big slab is ten feet six inches long.

The stairA house landing is three to four feet deep with about six feet eight of headroom. You cannot pivot a ten-foot-six panel through it. That is geometry, not strength, and no amount of crew fixes it.
The manufacturerNeolith’s own handling manual opens by saying slabs “must be loaded, unloaded and transported by means of a forklift, bridge crane or other hoisting device.” Carrying by hand is not the approved method.
The failurePorcelain does not crack like natural stone. It shatters, and the pieces are sharp. A dropped slab is a remake and a missed date, at best.

Wall installs
A fireplace surround, a porcelain accent wall, a granite feature wall in a hospitality fitout. The yoke holds a slab vertical while one person lines it up.
Islands and outdoor kitchens
Full-size islands, waterfall edges, outdoor kitchen tops in a backyard. Wide off-road tires cross the lawn without a plywood road.
Through the front door
It drives through at 32.7 in, so a standard 36 inch doorway clears. It needs 5 ft 8 in to set its legs down and work, so measure the room too.
Around the shop
Slabs land in crates. The lift moves them onto the A-frame, to the saw, to the polisher, and onto the truck without a second person.

At the curbThe crew pulled their own A-frame off the trailer and loaded from it right there. No staging area and no gang lift in the driveway.
Through the front doorBoth slabs came in through the door and across a finished floor. The machine drives through at 32.7 in, so a standard 36 inch doorway clears.
Onto the wallThe yoke held each slab vertical while the operator walked it in on the remote. Two people ran the whole job start to finish.

Wall work is where this shows up most. A slab going up a wall has to be held flat, high, and still, and that is hard to do by hand in a finished room. The homeowner watches a controlled set instead of four people wrestling stone past their furniture, and that is what reads as white glove.

Polished, leather, and honed all grip, as long as the surface is sealed and non-porous.

Granite: Islands, vanity tops, stair treads, fireplace surrounds, exterior cladding, vertical wall installs.
Engineered quartz: 3cm and oversized formats. Every common finish holds a vacuum.
Porcelain slabs: 3cm panels for floors, walls, exterior cladding, and large-format wall work.
Large-format tile: Ceramic and porcelain for shower walls, accent walls, hospitality fitout, facades.

What is the heaviest slab it will handle?

1,320 lb when the load is flat, smooth, and close to the mast. Capacity drops as the arm extends, down to 330 lb at full reach. Tell us the weight and how far it has to go out and we will tell you whether it works.

Will the vacuum grip a leather or honed finish?

Yes. Polished, leather, and honed all hold as long as the surface is sealed and non-porous. Same for porcelain. If you are working with something unusual, send a photo.

Can it really bring a slab through a house door?

Yes. It drives through at 32.7 in, so a standard 36 inch doorway clears. Working is the other number: with the support legs down it needs 5 ft 8 in. Measure the room as well as the door.

How precise is the placement?

The electric yoke tilts, rotates, and side-shifts on the remote in small increments. One person can hold an 800 lb slab an inch off the cabinets and walk it into position.

Do I need a trained operator?

No. Our driver walks your crew through the controls on drop-off, about twenty minutes. Most stone crews are running it comfortably before he leaves.
