Stone slab lifter rental in Orlando, FL.

Orlando is about ninety minutes from our Tampa yard, so a slab lifter is next-day. For a resort fitout or a run of feature walls that keeps the machine busy for weeks, that day stops mattering. One person sets the lobby wall, the bar front, or the island from a remote.

We know the Orlando stone job.

Four things that are true about this work here specifically.

  1. Next-day, one of our shorter runs

About ninety minutes from the yard. Book the day before and it is there in the morning.

  2. Hospitality fitout

Lobby feature walls, bar fronts, and restroom slab walls on the resort corridor. Orlando renovates on a cycle that does not care about the housing market.

  3. Winter Park and Windermere

The remodel tier with book-matched walls and waterfall islands, through a finished house with the owner watching.

  4. Ask about the month rate

A tower with stone in the lobby and the amenity floors keeps a machine busy for weeks. A month booking plus one round trip beats a string of short rentals.

What an Orlando fitout punishes.

A missed date on a resort corridor, and a wall panel that cannot be reordered in time.

  • The scheduleA hotel renovation runs on a date the GC does not move. A dropped panel is a remake and a slipped date, at best.
  • The corridorFinished floors, an elevator, and no lay-down area. Get the elevator rating in writing and tell us it is a finished floor.
  • The crewA run of forty wall panels set by hand is forty chances to lose a corner. One person on a remote sets them all, and the rest of the crew grouts.

The one question we ask.

What is the heaviest single piece, how high does it have to go, and how does it get into the building?

The piece
Weight and size of the heaviest single slab. The pads need a clean, sealed, non-porous face. Polished, honed, and leather all hold.
The height
13 ft 11 in of lift. Capacity drops as the arm goes out, so tell us the reach as well as the weight.
The way in
32.7 in to drive through, 5 ft 8 in to set the legs and work. Curb, steps, lawn, or elevator: tell us, and we bring the ramp or tell you it will not work.

Send a photo of the opening if it helps. We confirm the fit before you book, not after.

Will it hold your piece?

Find your material, check the weight. Both units handle everything on this list.

Working out your own: 3 cm granite runs about 16.6 lb a square foot. Multiply your slab. Capacity depends on how far the arm has to reach, so send the weight and the distance and we will confirm the fit before you book.

Under 1,300 lb, the SL609 goes on the truck. Heavier, or a longer reach, and it is the SL1009.

Orlando questions.

The five that come up on nearly every call.

How fast can you get a slab lifter to Orlando?

Next-day. Book the day before and it is on site in the morning, subject to the unit being available.

Is Orlando worth it for a one-day install?

Honestly, sometimes not. Delivery runs both directions, so a single set can be poor value. For a run of walls or a fitout that keeps the machine busy, the arithmetic changes.

Can it work inside a finished hotel corridor?

Yes. It is battery-electric, so no fumes. Standard tires can mark, so tell us it is a finished floor when you book. Non-marking wheels are an available option.

Will it go in the building's elevator?

Sometimes. It weighs 2,090 lb. Get the elevator or hoist rating in writing from the GC before you book, and never assume it goes upstairs.

Do I need a trained operator?

No. Our driver walks your crew through the controls on drop-off. If you can drive a pallet jack, you can run a Smartlift.

Got a set on the calendar in Orlando?

Tell us the weight and the zip. You’ll have an itemized quote back within two hours.
